Jessica Lucyshyn is a dedicated Christian, wife, mother, and lifelong conservative who has built a successful career as an engineering leader. As a passionate education advocate, she is now running as the Republican Party nominee for the Williamson County School Board in District 12. Over nearly three decades, Jessica has balanced her profession in civil engineering with raising four children, all of whom have thrived in Williamson County Schools.

Jessica Lucyshyn's passion for outstanding public education is rooted in personal experience and professional conviction. She knows firsthand the transformative power of excellent schools because she has witnessed her own children flourish in Williamson County's classrooms. As a school board candidate, she will bring the same dedication, diligence, and fact-driven approach that has defined her professional success.

Jessica Lucyshyn and her husband Andy have been married for over 29 years and are the proud parents of four accomplished children, all whom are Page High School graduates (Classes of 2020, 2022, 2024, 2026). As a school board candidate, Jessica is dedicated to supporting local education initiatives. Go Patriots!

When Jessica Lucyshyn and her family chose to move to Middle Tennessee in July 2013, their decision was deliberate and purposeful. They selected Williamson County to live and raise their family specifically because of the School District’s ranking as the best in the state, a choice that reflects the values she hopes to bring as a school board candidate.

Professionally, Jessica Lucyshyn will bring a wealth of leadership and professional expertise to the School Board as a dedicated school board candidate. She earned her bachelor's degree in environmental engineering from the University of Central Florida and has been a licensed professional engineer since 2000. In 2020, she was named a Woman of Influence by the Nashville Business Journal.

Jessica Lucyshyn’s faith and conservative values guide her approach to both public service and community involvement. As a school board candidate, she currently serves on the Williamson County Planning Commission, a position she was appointed to in late 2020 by Mayor Rogers Anderson, where she has gained valuable experience in local governance and collaborative decision-making.

In addition to her service as a Planning Commissioner, Jessica Lucyshyn has been an active volunteer in our schools and our community. Her involvement as a school board candidate includes:
- Girl Scout troop leader
- Parent Teacher Organization Treasurer at Trinity Elementary School
- Athletic Booster Club President at Page High School
- Leadership Franklin Class of 2022-2023
- Leadership Professional Engineers Tennessee 2017
- Franklin Tomorrow board member
- Our Savior Lutheran Church board member
- One Gen Away, volunteer
Jessica Lucyshyn is uniquely positioned to serve the parents, students, and taxpayers of District 12 effectively. As a school board candidate, her experience raising four children who have all been WCS students provides her with an intimate, ground-level understanding of what works well in the district and where improvements are needed.
